Q.  Is there a demo available for Strategy Runner? Is paper trading included in my demo?

A.  Yes, Strategy Runner has a 14 day demo available. To get started, sign up here (link to strategy runner page). Paper trading is included in the Strategy Runner demo.

Q.  How do I activate live trading?

A.  Once you have a funded account with Peacock, contact us for details on how to get started with live trading on Strategy Runner.

Q.  How do I get support?

Q.  How do I recover lost login information?

A.  Please make sure you remember that your user name is case sensitive and verify that you are typing all login information correctly. If you still have trouble logging on, call or e-mail Peacock Trading at +1.800.350.7771 or support@peacocktrading.com.

Q.  How do I place an order if my platform is down or I do not have access?

Q.  How do I open an account with Peacock or fund my existing account?

A.  You can download our new account forms (link to account forms) to set up a new account. Or, call or e-mail Peacock Trading at +1.800.350.7771 or support@peacocktrading.com.

Q.  How do I add a contract to view quotes?

A.  Right click in the “Contracts” window and click on “Add Contracts.” Click on the + sign next to the exchange the contract traders on. Locate the contract you want to view and click on the + sign. In order to populate the front month please select the contract that reads CONT(xx) where xx is the current contract month.

Q.  How do I install Strategy Runner if I have a previously used a different version?

A.  Please uninstall the previous version before installing the new version.

Q.  The Strategy Runner software is asking for a server name. What do I do?

A.  The e-mail you received with your user name will include the name of the server that has been assigned to you.

Q.  How do I use the included Exit Strategies?
