Q.  Is there a demo available for NinjaTrader? Is paper trading included in my demo?

A.  Yes, NinjaTrader has a demo available. Paper trading is included in the NinjaTrader demo.

Q.  How do I activate live trading?

A.  Once you have a funded account, contact your Peacock Trading for details on how to get started with live trading on NinjaTrader.

Q.  How do I get support?

Q.  How do I recover lost login information?

A.  Please make sure you remember that your user name is case sensitive and verify that you are typing all login information correctly. If you still have trouble logging on, call Peacock Trading at +1.800.350.7771 or support@peacocktrading.com

Q.  How do I place an order if my platform is down or I do not have access?

Q.  How do I open an account with Peacock or fund my existing account?

A.   You can download our new account forms (link to account forms) to set up a new account. Or, call or e-mail Peacock Trading at +1.800.350.7771 or support@peacocktrading.com.

Q.  How do I restore my historical database?

A.  Right click the chart and select “Reload Historical Data” if this does not work a database repair may be required. To repair your database, first disconnect from your data feed. Next, select the “Tools” menu from the top drop down menus and click “Options.” Select the “Misc” tab and click the “Repair DB” button. After the repair has completed close the options window and reconnect to your data feed.

Q.  How do I get out of simulation mode?

A.  First make sure you are currently using a purchased and valid NinjaTrader license key. Once you have validated this select the “File” menu and ensure that “Global Simulation Mode” is unchecked. To begin NinjaTrader in live trading mode, select the “Tools” menu and click “Options.” Select the “Simulator” tab and ensure that the “Always start in simulation” box is unchecked.

Q.  How do I synchronize my SuperDOM with my chart data?

A.  Click the box in the top right corner of the chart with the “L” in it. Select a color for the chart first. Next click the same box with the “L” in the SuperDOM window and select the same color.
