Q.  Is there a demo available for CQG Trader? Is paper trading included in my demo?

A.  Yes, CQG Trader has a fully functional 5 day demo available. To get started with a demo sign up here (link to QCG page). Paper trading is available on the CQG Trader demo.

Q.  How do I activate live trading?

A.  Once you have a funded account, contact Peacock for details on how to get started with live trading on CQG Trader.

Q.  How do I get support?

Q.  How do I recover lost login information?

A.  Please make sure you remember that your user name is case sensitive and verify that you are typing all login information correctly. If you still have trouble logging on, call or e-mail Peacock Trading at +1.800.350.7771 or support@peacocktrading.com.

Q.  How do I place an order if my platform is down or I do not have access?

A.  Call or e-mail Peacock Trading at +1.800.350.7771 or support@peacocktrading.com.

Q.  How do I open an account with Peacock or fund my existing account?

A.   You can download our new account forms (link to account forms) to set up a new account.  Or, call or e-mail Peacock Trading at +1.800.350.7771 or support@peacocktrading.com.

Q.  How do I add a contract to the Quote Board?

A.  Click on a cell in the Quote Board. The border of the cell will turn red. Type in the contract and month you wish to view. For example, to view a quote on an E-mini S&P you would type “EPU0”, where “U” is the contract month and “0” is the contract year. A complete contract list can be found here (link to PDF faq_QuoteBoardContract.pdf). Please note, not all contracts are available for trading.

Q.  How do I change the contract in the DOM?

A.  In the Quote Board, double click on the contract you wish to view in the DOM.

Q.  Is there a manual for CQG Trader?

A.  From within CQG Trader, please click on "Help" and then select "Online Help".
